JCUA Fee & Rate Schedule
Certification Fee:
New Residential Structure or New Commercial and Industrial Structures, with less than 500 gpd of water and/or wastewater demand, requiring a new water and/or sewer tap. Certification required for all structures constructed within the jurisdiction of the JCUA.
The Certification Fee is $25.00 to be paid prior to the release of the certification letter.

Capacity Consumption Fee: New Residential Structures requiring a new water and/or sewer tap. Fee justifies the additional capacity to our Pump Stations and Treatment Plants.
