Purchasing Hay Guidelines
We will set specific days for the sale of hay and those days are subject to change without notice. This year we will sell hay on Wednesday and Thursday only.
Hay Prices
The Price of hay is based on the projected retail sales throughout the community for the current year. There should not be a price increase, or a reduction of price, without Management approval. The following is a list of Hay prices based on this years projected retail sales.
1. Horse Hay
a. Square Bales= $5.00/square bale
b. Round Bales= $45.00/round bale
2. Cow Hay
a. Round Bales=$35.00/round bale
3. Straw
a. Square Bales= $3.00/ square bale
b. Round Bales= $25.00/round bale
